PADI ADVANCED OPEN WATER DIVER COURSE

Course fine-tunes your dive skills and allows you to explore all that
diving has to offer. Here's your chance to sample some of diving's most
popular specialties and expand your diving skills. The Advanced Open Water
Diver Course offers you a structured program where you gain additional
experience and skills under the guidance of a PADI Professional. PADI
Advanced Open Water certification requires five dives and may take as
little time as one weekend.

Our course structure includes :
- Personalise guidance and Training
- Max Four Divers in a group
- Flexible schedules
- 1 hour academic session
- 1 pool

- Peak Buoyancy control, Fin kick and equipment review session
- 6 boat-dives (sea diving)
- PADI Advanced OpenWater Diver certification
- Use of Wetsuit, fins, mask, snorkel during pool training
- Use of BCD and regulator , weight-belt during pool training
- Use of
PADI Advanced OpenWater Diver manual and other admin and training materials.

Cost as follows :
$60 Buoyancy workshop pool session
$90 for certification
$100 Instruction fee,
$330 for Resort.+ plus $50 for gears hiring.
Recommended Schedules
- One hour - Academic Session : Knowledge Review - conducted onboard boat or at resort
- Thursday 6.30 to 9.30pm - Pool Session : confined water : Peak Performance Buoyancy review , learn to measure distance with finning
- Scheduled Friday 7pm to Sunday 9pm
Open Sea diving trip to Pulau Dayang , Pulau Aur or Pulau Tioman - West Malaysia. Diver option
Note: pool sessions to be held at Island Complex swimmingpool.
Goals
This program is intended to provide the novice diver with a structured,
well-supervised means to gain additional experience. It involves students
in various underwater tasks that broaden their awareness of the environment
and their capabilities as divers. This course does not makes the students
an expert diver, but rather gives them a taste of what more specialized
diving have to offer.
Pre-requisites
- certified as a PADI Open Water Diver or equivalent
- be 15 years of age or older
Course
Overview
PADI's Advanced Open Water Diver
Course consists of 5 open-training dives, two are Core(required)
Dives and three are ElectiveDives.
Core Dives orientate the students to the fundamentals of advanced diving
and include the following:
- Underwater Navigation
- Deep Diving
Elective Dives is a choice of three dives from the following:
- Boat Diving
- Drift Diving
- Multilevel Diving
- Night Diving
- Peak Performance Buoyancy
- Search and Recovery Diving
- Underwater Naturalist
- Underwater Photography
- Underwater Videography
- Wreck Diving
The availability of the different Elective Dives are dependent upon logistic constraints and dive locations. Please check with your instructor to find the dives that best suit you.
